Purchased these as manufacturer rejects due to the plastic housing mold allowing excess plastic that blocked the negative power pin in the receiving slot. I have removed this excess plastic and now you can enjoy new tool batteries at a great discounted price! All batteries have been charged and tested in tools. Batteries may have minor blemishes from shipping but are unused. Enjoy!
